PhD in Economics, former World Bank Project Director, 25 years of experience in finance and international administration in 35 countries, including Brazil. Fluent in 7 languages, CEO of Global Consultants for the last 12 years. World Bank Project Controller before moving to the Netherlands in search of new experiences within the World Bank itself. In Brazil, he played a fundamental role in improving the situation of family farming in the south of the country. Through planning and actions, he transformed the World Bank’s ARPII Project into a functional project in 3 months.

Currently working to use all his experience to benefit victims of war in the Middle East, Russia and Ukraine, with courage, love, and timely decision-making in the midst of these conflicts, going everywhere personally with his team of volunteers, who also dedicate and risk their lives for the same purpose.
